I’m Darci | Founder, Certified Executive Coach

With two decades of leadership experience across HR, Innovation and Strategy, I bring both depth and practicality to my work. I’ve coached CEOs, founders, and senior executives navigating complex roles, big decisions, and bold transitions.

Before launching Wayfinding, I held leadership roles at industry-leading organizations where I led innovation during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. I’ve facilitated executive retreats, built award-winning coaching programs, and served as a nationally recognized speaker and group facilitator.

Today, I partner with mission-driven leaders through coaching, workshops, and immersive retreats—supporting them to lead effectively and live meaningfully. My work blends strategic insight with a whole-person approach - grounded in neuroscience, design thinking, and the belief that great leadership starts with deep alignment.
