Wayfinding Women’s Retreat

October 16–19 | Hocking Hills, Ohio

The world is loud right now.

There’s noise coming at us from every direction — the media, our work, our families, the constant pull to stay informed, stay responsive, stay on top of it all.

And when you’re a capable, responsible, high-functioning woman, you don’t just hear the noise — you carry it.

You keep moving.
You keep showing up.
You keep making things work.

Until one day you realize you haven’t slowed down long enough to ask the most important question:

How am I… really?

The problem isn’t that you don’t have answers.
It’s that the world is so noisy, it’s hard to hear them.

That’s why intentional pauses matter.
Not accidental ones.
Not the kind you squeeze in when you’re already exhausted — but the kind you choose on purpose.

Pauses that quiet the outside voices.
Pauses that turn the volume down — sometimes all the way off.
Pauses that allow you to get still long enough to hear the most important messages.

The ones that come from within.
The quietest voices.
The honest ones.

This retreat exists for that reason.

To create space — real space — where you don’t have to perform, produce, or prove anything.
Where you can slow down, get your bearings, and listen to yourself again.
Where clarity doesn’t have to be forced — it can emerge.

If you’ve been feeling tired, stretched, or a little disconnected from yourself…
If you’ve been sensing that something needs attention, but you haven’t had the space to name it…
If you’re craving clarity more than content…

This is your invitation.

WAYFINDING WOMEN’S RETREAT

The Wayfinding Women’s Retreat is a thoughtfully curated experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Rooted in the Wayfinding philosophy and the Design Your Life framework, this retreat creates space to reflect on where you are, what matters most to you right now, and how you want to move forward — personally and professionally.

This is guided work, held with care and intention, and balanced with time for solo reflection, rest, and integration.

What Makes This Experience Different

This is not a packed agenda or a boozy weekend away.

This is an alcohol-free retreat, designed to support presence, clarity, and deep listening.

The experience is carefully facilitated and intentionally sequenced. You’ll move through shared exercises and conversations together, with space woven in for journaling, time in nature, and quiet reflection.

Everything about the retreat is designed to support clarity without pressure, depth without overwhelm.

  • Guided Wayfinding and Design Your Life conversations

  • Space for reflection, journaling, and integration

  • Time in nature — walking, resting, breathing

  • Nourishing meals designed to support your energy and focus

  • Opportunities for both solitude and meaningful connection

Who This Retreat Is Designed For

This retreat tends to resonate with women who are holding a lot, navigating a transition, or sensing it’s time to pause and recalibrate.

You don’t need to arrive with answers.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You simply need to be willing to slow down long enough to listen.
